I don't think this is a bug. It's just no one can hold their hands, hence
stylus, perfectly still. This results in different pressure sensed by the
neighboring  pixel at any given time point. What you are experiencing may just
be the more efficient response by the preemptive kernel as compared to the old
sluggish sharp rom. Mark this bug as WORKSFORME after testing the specific
image.
