There is no perl-native-5.8.3 in OE only 5.8.4, 5.8.7 and 5.8.8 and there's no
5.8.3 in the monotone history so this must something rather old.

Since it's not in OE there isn't really any way we can help solve this, so this
bug should probably be closed as invalid.
