Attached patch and config file makes Sharp CE-RH2 working in X.

xorg-server-kdrive-mediumraw.patch: Implements MEDIUMRAW keyboard mode keycodes
>= 128 and <255. To implemnt even higher codes, it is required to redefine
keyboard events to 16 bit type. It fixes only kdrive driver, xorg-x11 driver
needs the same fix as well.

ce-rh2.xmodmap is a default modmap, which can be added to the default
akita/spitz map.

The last step is still required: bindings for keylaunch (and icewm) and/or
audio player.
