zd1211 plus injection update for hostap

This patch adds zd1211rw to the kernel for spitz and akita.  it also removes my
old hostap-monitor-mode.patch and adds the new version.

I then proceeded a slight beutification of zd1211-firmware and moved it to
misc-binary-only where it belongs.

Please add this to the mtn repo as soon as possible so that others can use the
zd1211rw driver.

Side note: the stuff in patckages/zd1211 doesn't work.  honestly, I'd drop it
in favor of the in-kernel version, but that really isn't my place.


Please add Component C1xxx as well or, something more generic.
