This is a patch for the default configuration in zaurusd. Only interesting part
for you is the default spitz configuration change.

You may test the same in alsamixer without patching (but you will get bad
setting again after reboot):

Right Mixer Left Playback: Mute
Right Mixer Left Bypass: Mute
Left Mixer Playback: Unute
Right Speaker Playback Invert Switch: Unmute

And finally:
Speaker Function: On
and set higher volume on these two:
PCM
Speaker
