Same thing noticed here, on my Zaurus SL-C1000. You can kinda fix it by editing
the line under "SHARP Akita | Borzoi | Husky" in /etc/X11/Xserver... change the
-screen 480x640 at 270 paramater to 480x640 at 0. Problem is, this rotates the screen
90 degrees, so you have to run "xrandr -o right" once you get in.

Of course, actually fixing the issue would be nice.
