Even if you will fix it, zaurusd's  will break the configuration again. For
example on my Zaurus SL-C3200 it breaks mixer configuration again if I open the
lid.

See bug 2571 comment 4 for patch to fix this problem of SL-C3200. It also fixes
the default mixer configuration to work properly on my SL-C3200.

Note that I don't know changes needed for headphones insert/removal on other
models, so my patch may require update for these models.

And also note, that for lower rates (used by linphone, flite,...) there is also
bug 2657, which might have similar symptoms as mixer misconfiguration.
