Upsampled by sox (on desktop machine) high quality "resample" filter.

It is ALSA problem: Original (from flite) has rate 8000 and sounds absolutely
unusable on Zaurus, but well on desktop machine. After upsampling, it sound
usable on Zaurus as well.
