Ipkg-utils is missing from the Angstrom feeds.  ipkg-utils contains ipkg-link
that allows packages on other filesystems (like /home on an Akita) to be linked
in and used like they were on (the too-small) root filesystem.

It's preventing a proper install of Minimo to /home -- and it makes the Zaurus
unusable.
