That is we don't want /usr/{apps,etc,help,pics,plugins}... We
should first have a thought-out directory structure.

/usr/share/opie/{etc,help,pics}
/usr/lib/opie/plugins/

the problem is with apps dir - normal systems keep it in
/usr/share/applications and /usr/share/applnk/*/ but if we use it for opie then
X11 apps will get listed and users will complain that they do not work.

And such moving should not happen without cooperation with upstream - too much
stuff to be patched probably.
