I patched wget 1.9.1 to notice when it fails to create an IPv6 socket and to
switch it's internal default type to IPv4 when this happens. Tested with ipkg
and wget from various sites (including sites that have IPv6 addresses) on
kernels both with and without IPv6 support. It all works correctly now.
