Commited in revision ce737cccc33a8e2b134e3de5dd1f30e9c45dbfab and
8da4b29315492cea3cf8257b50f8aabbea6d6928

I only included the part that does the #include "constant.h" since the rest
wasn't needed for gcc 3.4.4 and/or gcc 4.1.2.
Tested both opensp and opensp-native with both compilers.
