I'd rather propose /etc/opie instead of /usr/share/opie/etc.

I think opie applications dir should be completely separated from X one, since,
supposedly, there are no applications that run on both, so there should be no
problem with this: it's just similar sets of totally different files.

Maybe... We can start with symlinking /opt/QtPalmtop/* individual directories
into /usr/.
