Program "showkey" can be used to see scancodes of the buttons. Here are codes
for the broken buttons:

54 Right Shift
87 "Ok" button
88 "Menu" button
68 "EMail" button

I have added the "Right Shift" and "Ok" buttons to file /etc/keymap-2.6.map
(see in attachment), and it made them work.

I don't know proper names for the Menu and EMail buttons, though...
