[oe-issues] [Bug 2461] ipkg upgrade does nothing, allthough newer packages are available in the feed

It's the same, just tried it; "ipkg install upnpclient-dfb" also compares the
new version vs. itself and thus does nothing. 
However, when I first download the package and then do:

ipkg install ./upnpclient-dfb_1.0.1\+svn20070610020025-r0_wis8100.ipk 

it gets installed.
