Patch which fixes these issues.

There are some problems with the manifest for python 2.4.4:

* python-core doesn't install the byte-compiled version of ConfigParser.
* python-audio is mising sndhdr.*
* python-email is missing dependencies on python-mime, python-audio, and
python-image.
* python-mime doesn't include uu.*
* RobotParser needs to be packaged.
* python-subprocess is missing dependencies on python-fcntl and python-pickle
