In my case, this is solved with this one command:

chmod 755
/home/zero/oe/build/tmp/work/armv5te-angstrom-linux-gnueabi/cups-1.2.10-r0/image/var/run/cups/certs


This fixes the problem, as the original directory was 511 which for some reason
is not well tolerated




machine akita as if it matters.
