patch for intltool

intltool's sources at http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/intltool/ appear
to use the name major.minor only. so 0.35.0 needs to be fetched from 0.35.
Currently,  bitbake task-base results in:

I reused the method used by abiword's bb for substringing PV and have attached
the diff for intltool.inc as a patch. Please let me know if it's ok.
