Summary: building for angstrom-2007.1 tries to build glibc 2.3.2
           Product: Openembedded
           Version: Angstrom
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.3
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Build
        AssignedTo: openembedded-issues at lists.openembedded.org
        ReportedBy: papercrane at reversefold.com
         QAContact: tinderbox-oe at gmx.net

Which if couse fails on gcc version. I see this at the beginning:
NOTE: preferred version 2.5 of glibc not available (for item
virtual/arm-angstrom-linux-gnueabi-libc-for-gcc)
NOTE: preferred version 2.5 of glibc-intermediate not available (for item
glibc-charmap-utf-8)
NOTE: preferred version 2.5 of glibc-intermediate not available (for item
glibc-localedata-i18n)
NOTE: preferred version 2.5 of glibc-intermediate not available (for item
glibc-gconv-iso8859-1)

then glibc-intermediate-2.3.2+cvs20040726 fails with:
| checking version of ccache arm-angstrom-linux-gnueabi-gcc -march=armv5te
-mtune=xscale... 4.1.2, bad
