Ok, classpath-minimal-native provides that one.  I've also got a
"staging/arm-linux/include/classpath/jni.h" from classpath itself (which is an
RDEPEND and should be built).  Are you using the CVS version of classpath that
I provided for your target?  0.93 is a little different and I only used it to
build the native version.
