This bug is to break down bug 2296 into smaller, more manageable pieces.  This
one deals with "packages/classpath/classpath.inc" from attachment 1466

The only question that remains for this one is whether or not to remove
"file://fix-endian-arm-floats.patch;patch=1" and why.
