`Magick-config --prefix` returns /usr which causes kismet's gpsmap configure
tests to fail.  I believe this should be fixed in imagemagick rather than
simply hacking around it.

when I try things like `Magick-config --ldflags` I get everything proper,
staging directories etc.

Please fix Magick-config to return the proper staging directory when queried
for --prefix. the correct prefix would seem to be the root of the staging
directory (because that is where include is).

I simply have no idea how to do this myself.

In addition, can you please stage everything from the main package and the dev
package into the staging area so it can be used to build things?

If someone will fix the Magick-config issue I will write all the staging stuff
myself, I really don't mind doing that. I just cannot solve the Magick-config
issue.
