patch that fixes uclibc compilation

Ucslugc does not compile with uclibc-0.9.29 arch ixp4xxbe, uClibc.machine has
things that already exist at uClibc.distro and filepath precedence seems that
it is not correct so it must be fixed at uclibc_0.9.29.bb
