cleaned up asterisk 1.4

Ovidiu Sas posted this to the nslu2 mailinglist for inclusion into OE, but his
version hardcodes armeb, so it won't go in. The attached patch is my attempt to
make it conform to OE policies. I know nothing about asterisk, so I don't know
if calling this 'asterisk14' is a good idea, since it seems to kill the upgrade
path from 1.2.x
