new machine config

since the original Palm Lifedrive machine file was quite crappy and old, I
rebased new one on hx4700 machine file, please check and possibly merge. Also
Ill upload new defconfig for hackndev/palmld kernel since the one in currect oe
doesnt allow to even compile the kernel :-/ The machine config follows ...
