My fault, I didn't understand the full bug at once...

For some reason the patch is only in linux-rp-2.6.20 but the direction to patch
was added to the linux-rp_2.6.21.bb

should this patch go into linux-rp_2.6.21? if so, copy the patch over
if not, the direction to use this patch should be removed from
linux-rp_2.6.21.bb
