Changes for Ximageon, most important:

- More complete xrandr support. Resolution change is working on c7x0 machines.
- Mode switching is now relaying completely in kernel side. So , it should work
in all machines where w100fb is supporting it.
- Corrected some bugs that showed while trying to place the hardware cursor in
the screen boundaries.
- Corrected a misaligned in the overlay surface, making the colorkey to show in
some situations (yellow lines).
- Ximageon interacts now with the kernel to avoid external memory to be
switched off, to take advantage of offscreen memory (using sysfs interface).

- Package version is bumped up to r1.
