bug 1788, bug 878 and bug 1484 are all about the same thing.  I feel that bug
1484 summarizes the situation best and thus I mark the others as dupes.  Please
post further comments there.

Thanks Jamie for pointing this out.  I should have checked more thouroughly for
dupes before reporting this one.
