I just refreshed the Patch which is used in linux-rp_2.6.20.bb
(collie-mtd-sharp-flash-hack-r1.patch) (Hm. Bugzilla doesn't show filenames for
attachments. I didn't know that. 
If you drop locomolcd-backlight-r0.patch from linux-rp_2.6.20.bb after applying
attachment 1193 the kernel compiles. But its still to big. If changed the
kernelconfig to build pcmcia and other stuff as modules it builds. But it cant
find rootfs when booting.
