The issue exists while trying to build the librsvg_2.16.0.bb recipe from the
org.openembedded.dev branch.

The problem is ineffective file globbing for the librsvg-gtk, librsvg-gtk-dbg,
and librsvg-gtk-dev packages, so do_package fails with files in the wrong
packages.
