The problem which actual should be reported here is not staging not being
cleaned (which is by design), but nondeterministic build behavior of
classpath-gtk. So, ways to solves:

1. If classpath-gtk should have dependency on kaffe-gtk, kaffe-gtk must be put
in DEPENDS for classpath-gtk.
2. If classpath-gtk should NOT have dependency on kaffe-gtk, appropriate
configuration options must be passed explicitly for classpath-gtk (like
--disable-kaffe).
