This is actually a report against the wiki itself:  on page
http://www.openembedded.org/wiki/VersioningPolicy
clicking the link 
http://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-controlfields.html#s-f-Version
gives a 404 at
http://www.openembedded.org/+http%3A//www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-controlfields.html%23s-f-Version
Cut-and-pasting the link into firefox's URL entry works correctly.
