I have been building from OE for quite a while now, I most definately have all
of the requisite tools installed.

A quick grep shows that gtk+ is what provides gdk-pixbuf, so this is definately
in OE.

I was seeing this error with openzaurus-unstable. If I build with angstrom it's
fine. It looks like libgnomeui is tied to gtk+ and angstrom uses a newer gtk+.
I've left the added DEFAULT_PREFERENCE as-is in libgnomeui-2.16.1 as gtk+-2.10
is not the preferred default and added a PREFERRED_VERSION for
libgnomeui-2.16.1 to angstrom.
