Well, this was committed, and I saw upstream report (thanks Marex).

Please make sure you have proper setup to build OPIE. The only one supported in
OE is described here http://www.linuxtogo.org/gowiki/OpieWithAngstrom (and it
changes, so please monitor the page).

In particular, opie-1.2.2 is not supported (at least be me). It is not removed,
as there's protraction with 1.2.3, which has frozen in the pre-release freeze,
sorry for stupid pun.
