Some new changes in kernel-headers make qte fail due to the lack of certain
definition in (emty) asm/page.h installed. The fix is somewhat ugly, because it
requires including asm/page.h with __KERNEL__ defined, but it worked for me.
Hope someone more knowledgeable of qte and kernel can review the patch.
