When attempting to build angstrom with packaged-staging, it fails saying that
shasum-native and stagemanager-native had circular dependencies. Unfortunately,
since OE uses oe_sha256sum and not sha256sum it's not possible to simply
install a ntive package and add shasum-native to ASSUME_PROVIDED.

i.e. something should be changed to allow bootstrapping of packaged-staging.
