BUILD_LDFLAGS propagates into LDFLAGS_FOR_TARGET due to
gcc-4.1.?/ldflags.patch.

Now, I think this is correct for the cross compiler, as we want the cross
compiler tools preferably use the host libraries we build for it, not the
host-provided libraries.
