Summary: QA check fails with linux-libc-headers-2.6.20 during
                    angstrom compilation, dependency error.
           Product: Openembedded
           Version: Angstrom
          Platform: ARM
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: blocker
          Priority: P1
         Component: Distributions
        AssignedTo: openembedded-issues at lists.openembedded.org
        ReportedBy: memeruiz at gmail.com
         QAContact: tinderbox-oe at gmx.net

QA check fails with linux-libc-headers-2.6.20 checking linux-libc-headers-dev.
Complains about missing scanelf utility.

This is observed in angstrom for poodle.

NOTE: Checking Package: linux-libc-headers-dev
ERROR: Can not check RPATH, scanelf (part of pax-utils-native) not found

If you try to compile again it compiles, this is also a bug.
If you clean the package and rebuild, you can replay the error.
If you build the package pax-utils-native before building linux-libc-headers
there's no complain.
