I learnt to agree with hrw that fractional PR are nice for incremental hacking,
helps manual cleanup 3-4 temporary higher PR's after committing final version
;-)

So yes, this is for review/testing so far. If it's ok, I'll cleanup patchset
(this so far just export from my local mercurial repo), and post it with
integer PR ;-).
