I'm not sure if the author has intension to address the unpackaged crusts:
/usr/lib/libpython2.4.so -> libpython2.4-dev
/usr/lib/.debug/libpython2.4.so.1.0 -> libpython2.4-dbg
/usr/share/man/man1/python.1 -> ?
/usr/bin/python2.4 (I understand this is the same as /usr/bin/python)
/usr/bin/smtpd.py -> ?
/usr/bin/.debug/python -> python-core-dbg?

Maybe there should be a more general way to address these intentionally
unpackaged files.
