"patch works" is a bit vague. Patch of course will work. The question if
resulting qemu arm user emulation binary works, and specifically for the task
OE uses it for - binary locale generation. Unless proof for this will be
provided, this patch will be hanging here.

(And no, the fact that "busybox people use it", doesn't mean automatically we
can do the same - qemu is way too complex system to assume that.)

P.S.
And patches look hairy. I wonder, if they really port qemu to gcc4, or just
make qemu barely work on it, for example, at the price of 10x slowdown. Any
pointers to patch discussion are appreciated.
