Great.  Thanks for letting us know.  Indeed, I found it strange that the ntp
server was set to AFRICA.pool.ntp.org for my spitz initially and replaced that
with pool.ntp.org.  I have not had any issues in the few hours since I made
that change, either.

I grepped through the OE dir to find where that setting was being made but did
not find it.
