things to do:
- check does rootfs image is smaller then rootfs space
- check does clamshells images really need 16 byte header
- fix tosa problem
- add rootfs-on-SD support

ideas:
- ncurses/dialog menus (would need extra files)
- repartitioning flash to original SharpROM layout
- 0-100% progressbar instead of dots (which often are >100%)
- updater.sh + Ångström-install.bin instead of few files
- supporting OE generated names
