Program buzzme from OZ3.5.4 package kismet

On kernel 2.4, piezo buzzer was accessible using /dev/sharp_buz file. It can be
used by buzzme program attached to this bug, to play several tones.

I have heard, that the piezo buzzer is capable to play music with acceptable
quality, and could be used as such on original, Sharp ROM distro. Is it so?
