The gstreamer registers the information of installed plugins in the file
$HOME/.gstreamer-0.10/registry.arm.xml (it's own registry).

Using the command gst-inspect-0.10 the registry could be updated.

I'm able to create/update the gstreamer registry when the audoresampler plugin
is NOT installed. It this plugin is installed, the command prints the following
error:

Error initializing: Error re-scanning registry , child terminated by signal

And the registry file is not create.

gstreamer version: 0.10.12
gst-plugin-base: 0.10.12
