This needs to be tested on the latest Angstrom images.  If you feel like it,
please install the console image and altboot to boot into an opie image on SD. 
I don't think the necessary packages and images are yet provided so you will
either have to wait a little while or compile them yourself with OE (which is
easy, just takes some CPU cycles and HD space)
