Exactly, space is limited, and all features won't fit anyway. In this regard,
having better reasons for their inclusion than "I find useful". For example,
complete lack of some functionality would be a kind of reasons. But there's way
to md5sum a file, and you can use your eyes of other tools (sort, cmp) to. The
same goes for usleep - there's sleep, which is rough, but does allow to pause
execution. 

So, unless more reasons are given, likely wontfix.
