I reviewed this and found a few small bugs which I've fixed (mainly
self.filename was left set as None). I made the patches apply to ipkg-utils and
ipkg-utils-native, cleaned up some cruft from the .bb files and committed the
whole lot in 60f25719f044f04c78ec8cfa8af6a503b643df4e. I've also applied it to
poky, seems to work well in the tests I've made so far.
