Version of ipkg: ipkg version 0.99.163
Version of wget(full): GNU Wget 1.9.1

The full version of wget seems to break ipkg. Without further investigation(I'm
not sure how to proceed further), I don't know what specifically about the
'full' version of wget breaks ipkg, but I do know that using the version
embedded in busybox, ipkg works fine.

Using the 'full' version of wget, the ram usage of ipkg spikes, and it ends up
quitting, as per the output below:

without pursuing this further, as I don't have much knowledge about ipkg, this
is all the information I can give at this time.
