Although this is an RFE, for the Angstrom release to the public, I believe this
to be a critical or even blocking issue.

We need a GUI app that does not crash and handles all the package management
stuff for both GPE and OPIE (assuming the latter becomes officially supported
before the first release, cf. bug 2254)
